What can you earn?
Permanent employees receive a fixed salary as well as additional commission and bonuses if targets are met. Self-employed persons do not receive a fixed salary, but a much higher commission and bonuses if targets are met. This model means that you don’t have to do pointless hours, but can decide for yourself whether you want to earn a little more this month or not.

Permanent position
- Basic salary: EUR 2,500
- Commission on average approx. 5%
- Monthly turnover achieved: EUR 45,000
- Results in a commission of EUR 2,250
Total salary for the month: EUR 4,750
Self-employed
- Basic salary: Not available
- Commission on average approx. 15%
- Monthly turnover achieved: EUR 45,000
- Results in a commission of EUR 6,750
Total salary for the month: EUR 6,750
The examples are realistic and represent the average. There are no upper limits. Our current best salesperson receives around EUR 13,750 per month.
