What can you earn?
Permanent employees receive a fixed salary plus additional commissions and bonuses when targets are met. Self-employed people receive no fixed salary, but in return a much higher commission and bonuses when targets are met. With this model you don't have to sit out pointless hours; instead you can decide for yourself whether you want to earn a bit more this month or not.

Permanent employment
- Base salary: 2,500 EUR
- Commission on average approx. 5%
- Monthly revenue achieved: 45,000 EUR
- Results in a commission of 2,250 EUR
Total salary for the month: 4,750 EUR
Self-employed
- Base salary: Not available
- Commission on average approx. 15%
- Monthly revenue achieved: 45,000 EUR
- Results in a commission of 6,750 EUR
Total salary for the month: 6,750 EUR
The examples are realistic and represent the average. There is no upper limit. Our current top salesperson earns around 13,750 EUR per month.
