How we publish customer testimonials

The testimonials shown on our website come from business customers who have ordered from us. We only publish a testimonial if

• the customer sent us the text and – where shown – the picture themselves and agreed to its publication, and
• we have verified in advance from our customer records that a genuine business relationship exists.

We only shorten testimonials editorially and translate them for the language versions of our website; the meaning remains unchanged. Testimonials are not selected based on whether they are positive or negative; we do not display star or point ratings from review platforms.

Disclosure of incentive

In return for consent to publish a testimonial we grant a one-off discount of up to 10% on the next order (up to an order value of EUR 1,000). The discount is granted regardless of the content of the testimonial.
