Simple is the solution
Many consulting firms hire consultants straight out of university – people who have never seen a company from the inside. That may work for large corporations, but not for businesses like Franotech with around 50 employees. Founder Marlon Franosch built the entire IT and robotics on in-house developments, open source and software bought with a one-off payment. Ongoing IT costs consist of server costs only.
From A to Z
Marlon Franosch offers selected clients personal IT and process optimisation – with a hands-on approach that big consultancies consider beneath them. He spends a few days working in every area: packing goods, making parts, operating robots, selling in the field and in-house, answering customer emails – and then optimises the processes. Because questionnaires achieve nothing: process optimisation is a job for the boss.

From real-world practice
Our own logistics runs on software we developed ourselves: ERP with accounting, inventory management, marketplace integrations and a warehouse scanner system that tracks every shipment until it is handed over to the parcel carrier – including automatic printing of invoices and shipping labels.
