Right of Withdrawal

No statutory right of withdrawal for businesses

Our offer is directed exclusively at businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code or comparable provisions in other EU states). The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies only to consumers and therefore does not apply to orders placed with Franotech.

Voluntary returns

Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill we allow our business customers to return unused goods within 14 days. The conditions are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
